Recently, Luvina Software had the honor of welcoming a delegation from the Ministry of ICT & National Guidance of Uganda, accompanied by education experts, technology enterprises, and representatives from international organizations. The visit marked a meaningful opportunity for discussion, knowledge exchange, and mutual learning in the field of information technology and human resource development. 

Strengthening Global Perspectives Through Dialogue 

The visit focused on several key topics that are increasingly important for emerging and developing digital economies, including: 

• – How Vietnamese IT enterprises collaborate with international clients 

• – Practical models for training and developing high-quality IT human resources 

• – Opportunities for long-term cooperation in technology education and workforce development 

Through open and constructive conversations, both sides gained valuable insights into how technology ecosystems evolve across different markets, as well as the similarities and differences between Vietnam, Uganda, and other emerging economies. 

Sharing Two Decades of International Collaboration Experience 

For Luvina, this exchange was an opportunity to share experiences accumulated over more than 20 years of working with global partners, particularly in Japan and other international markets. Discussions highlighted Luvina’s approach to delivering reliable software solutions, building sustainable partnerships, and investing in people as the foundation of long-term growth. 

Beyond knowledge sharing, the visit also opened doors to potential future collaboration, especially in the areas of IT training, capacity building, and technology workforce development.
