In this project, Luvina successfully fulfilled, and often exceeded, the service quality expectations defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). By adhering to clearly established KPIs and delivery standards, Luvina demonstrated its capability to provide high-quality managed services in a complex technical environment consistently.
