I. JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager (Middle\/Senior level) who is fluent in English, experienced in presale activities, and proficient in managing Fixed Cost projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from proposal to delivery, ensuring timely execution within budget while maintaining high client satisfaction<\/p>\n

II. RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u2022 Lead Fixed Cost projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure<\/p>\n

\u2022 Collaborate closely with presale and sales teams to develop proposals, estimates, and presentations for clients<\/p>\n

\u2022 Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks to ensure successful delivery<\/p>\n

\u2022 Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in English<\/p>\n

\u2022 Coordinate resources and cross-functional teams to optimize project performance<\/p>\n

\u2022 Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders<\/p>\n

\u2022 Support business development efforts by providing project insights during presale activities<\/p>\n

III. NICE TO HAVE<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 PMP or other project management certification<\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience in IT outsourcing or software development projects<\/p>\n

\u2022 Knowledge of Agile methodologies<\/p>\n

\u2022 Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)<\/p>\n
