I. JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible <\/span>Manual Tester<\/b> to join our QA team and contribute to ensuring the quality and stability of our software products. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in manual testing, strong analytical skills, and a clear understanding of testing processes and methodologies. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle<\/span><\/p>\n

II. RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u2022 Analyze requirements and specifications to design detailed test cases<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Perform functional, UI, regression across web\/mobile platforms<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Redmine)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Collaborate with development and business teams to investigate, clarify, and retest issues<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Prepare and deliver test reports, summaries, and quality assessments<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure testing activities are completed on time and meet the required quality standards<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Contribute to process improvement within the QA team<\/span><\/p>\n

III. REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. MUST HAVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Minimum <\/span>2 years of experience<\/b> in manual software testing<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases and test scenarios for website and mobile apps<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Redmine)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Detail-oriented mindset<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative Agile or Waterfall team environment<\/span><\/p>\n

2. NICE TO HAVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Basic understanding of automation concepts or scripting is a plus<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Knowledge of SQL for data validation during testing<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience with performance testing is a plus<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 English communication skills are a strong advantage but not mandatory<\/span><\/p>\n
