I. JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u2022 Receive, survey and gather requirements from customers for project development<\/p>\n

\u2022 Analyze business requirements, propose integration and technology solutions to meet the business unit objectives of the client<\/p>\n

\u2022 Prepare detailed specification documents during product development such as SRS, FRD, BRD, activity diagrams, etc<\/p>\n

\u2022 Act as a bridge between the development team and end-users<\/p>\n

\u2022 Support PM\/DM in presale process and project scoping<\/p>\n

\u2022 Conduct training and support customers during UAT<\/p>\n

\u2022 Receive, analyze and handle customer support requests<\/p>\n

\u2022 Support other team members as assigned by the team leader<\/p>\n

II. REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or related fields<\/p>\n

\u2022 At least 2 years of experience as a BA in Finance \/ Banking \/ Healthcare domains<\/p>\n

\u2022 Hands-on experience collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Product Owner \/ Project Manager, Solution Architect<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong skills in requirements gathering and analysis from business\/user perspectives<\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience working with Agile methodology<\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience in UI\/UX and understanding of user-centered design mindset<\/p>\n

\u2022 Proficient in tools for modeling diagrams, technical diagrams \/ workflow, wireframes, mockups.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong analytical, problem-solving and systems thinking skills<\/p>\n

\u2022 Good communication skills<\/p>\n

\u2022 English: equivalent to IELTS 7.0 (good listening, speaking, reading, writing)<\/p>\n

Preferences:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u2022 Basic knowledge of cloud-based technologies<\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience working on E-commerce or Smart Factory projects<\/p>\n
