I. Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Work directly with overseas customers to understand business problems, processes, and expected outcomes.<\/p>\n

– Lead discovery and requirement workshops in English.<\/p>\n

– Translate business needs into solution scope, features, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.<\/p>\n

– Work closely with Technical Leads to shape solutions, evaluate feasibility and support estimation.<\/p>\n

– Maintain roadmap\/backlog and support prioritization with customer and project\/product team.<\/p>\n

– Define and control scope for Fixed Scope projects.<\/p>\n

– Identify assumptions, dependencies, risks and potential scope changes.<\/p>\n

– Support UAT, customer acceptance, and requirement clarification throughout delivery.<\/p>\n

– Support Sales\/Presales in requirement assessment, solution shaping, and proposal preparation.<\/p>\n

– Act as the bridge between customer business stakeholders and the engineering team.<\/p>\n

II. Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.<\/p>\n

– Strong experience in discovery, requirement analysis, process analysis, and solution shaping.<\/p>\n

– Proven experience working directly with overseas customers.<\/p>\n

– Strong spoken and written English; able to independently facilitate customer meetings\/workshops.<\/p>\n

– Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.<\/p>\n

– Sufficient technical understanding of web applications, APIs\/integration, data\/database, and common enterprise systems.<\/p>\n

– Experience in scope\/change management and UAT.<\/p>\n

– Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.<\/p>\n

– Able to work with ambiguous business problems rather than only predefined requirements.<\/p>\n

– Hands-on experience using AI tools in Business Analysis and delivery work, with the ability to evaluate, validate, and optimize AI-generated outputs for practical business use.<\/p>\n

– Experience identifying and shaping AI-enabled use cases for Digital Transformation, including assessing business value, feasibility, data readiness and appropriate human involvement.<\/p>\n

III. Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Experience with Agile\/Kanban or long-running customer accounts.<\/p>\n

– Experience supporting Presales\/solution consulting.<\/p>\n

– Experience with ERP, CRM, E-commerce, Retail, Workflow Automation, Integration, Warehouse or AI-enabled solutions are plus.<\/p>\n
