We were entrusted with developing new features and maintaining the sales support system for a prominent securities company in Japan. Particularly in this project, Luvina not only faced the complexity of securities operations but also had to learn and utilize a custom framework created by the client. Overview

Our client is one of the subsidiaries of a renowned IT service provider in Japan. They focus on solving complex issues in sectors such as securities, banking, and education.

 

Client Requirements:

– The client required Luvina to work on a completely new framework developed specifically for this project.

– Luvina was tasked with meticulously updating and creating documentation for the existing system and newly created functions.

– Additionally, they sought Luvina’s expertise in improving the maintenance processes and document formats.

 

Complex Large-Scale Securities System: Securities trading operations are always challenging for software developers due to their complexity and extensive scope.

Learning and Working with a New Framework: For this project, our client developed a custom framework based on SpringBoot to serve specifically for this system. Luvina had to promptly learn and apply this framework to meet the client’s requirements.

 

Proactive Research and Learning: Our project team continuously accumulated knowledge from previous stages to gain insights, enhance expertise, and create training materials for new personnel. When facing operational difficulties, Luvina actively engaged in Q&A sessions with the client to swiftly resolve issues.

Structured Training Strategy: Luvina consistently implements training plans for staff in both IT and business domains. When encountering challenges that self-learning cannot immediately resolve, Luvina has a team of experts ready to conduct short-term training courses to ensure our personnel are fully equipped with the necessary knowledge.

 

We have been able to participate in development from basic design to system testing, contributing to releasing tasks into the live environment. Luvina’s team has nearly achieved independence in development, requiring minimal client support for insights into securities trading operations.

Luvina has demonstrated our capabilities by proposing improvements to the basic design template and detailed design of the client’s system to make the design documentation more comprehensive and detailed.
