As their business expanded across multiple countries including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and China, the need for a centralized and standardized ERP system became critical.

 
Project overview
 

Luvina Software partnered with a Singapore-based industrial recycling company to optimize and scale their ERP operations on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).

The client operates in the procurement, recycling, and trading of industrial scrap materials—primarily metals and recycled paper, with over 20 years of experience. As their business expanded across multiple countries including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and China, the need for a centralized and standardized ERP system became critical.

While Dynamics 365 BC had already been selected, the client faced challenges in fully leveraging the platform to support their operations efficiently and consistently across regions.
