Luvina’s client is a global enterprise specializing in the manufacturing of tires and automotive components. The primary goal of this project was to develop a B2B e-commerce system that automates the order and distribution processes to factories and dealers worldwide, enhancing operational efficiency and responsiveness across the supply chain.

  • System performance issues hindered the ability to handle large volumes of simultaneous transactions and real-time data processing from multiple regions.
  • Inherited a partially developed system from a previous vendor, which included outdated and inconsistent source code.
  • Scalability demands were high, requiring the system to support 130 factories across 25 countries and hundreds of global dealerships.
Solution
 
  • Luvina proposed using Salesforce – the world’s leading cloud-based CRM and commerce platform – as the foundation for the new system. Its robust integration capabilities enabled seamless connectivity with both internal systems and third-party services (e.g., AI modules, reporting tools, and chatbot support), making it a perfect fit for the needs of a large, multinational enterprise.

    We also redesigned the order processing flow and implemented custom tools to boost performance and scalability, ensuring the system could manage large-scale data volumes in real time while remaining highly adaptable to future business growth.
