The need for experienced personnel in suitable positions: To ensure product quality, Luvina must select appropriate personnel for each role, from coding specialists to software testing experts. Additionally, for complex technical or environmental issues, sufficient support resources are essential.

Enhancing business skills: In the event of incidents, the project conducts root cause analyses for preventive measures and improvements. We also provide additional training for less experienced team members.

 

Outlining detailed plans: For complex technical challenges occurring within the AWS environment, our team follows a structured approach as outlined below:

  + Level 1 – Easily Understandable Issues: The project investigates and directly replicates errors, analyzing root causes for resolution.

  + Level 2 – Complex Issues: In cases where the project team cannot resolve issues, we utilize internal expertise from Luvina’s Solution Department / IT Infrastructure Division to provide support.


Redesigning documentation: Proactively improving processes and design lists to address unclear descriptions or complex logic by providing examples for better client understanding.
