Our client is a prominent human resources management enterprise in Japan. They provide customized human resource solutions to businesses in Japan and the broader region. Currently, they operate in over 10 countries worldwide and have the potential for further rapid and robust expansion.

 

Client Requirements:

The client demands that Luvina establish an exceptionally high-security standard in full compliance with physical and non-physical regulations for this project.

 

Although the client has requested high-security measures, they have not yet provided a specific checklist to comply with. Drawing upon our experience working on numerous highly secure projects, Luvina is trusted with advising the client about security checklists.

Build a separate network structure and server for the project department: Leveraging expertise in handling various highly secure projects, Luvina’s team of information security and network security experts analyzes requirements based on ISO 27001 international standards and ultimately proposes solutions to construct dedicated network structures and servers for this project.

 

Luvina’s security solution ensures the following factors:

– Isolated Workspace: A secured workspace with controlled access through keycard systems and 24/7 surveillance cameras with log access when necessary.

– Devices Control: Devices serving work purposes are controlled based on user roles. This control ensures that workspace roles have adequate access permissions and operational capabilities without unnecessary privileges.

– Network Connectivity: An isolated network with no internet access, yet maintains connectivity to the client’s work environment.

– Antivirus Software: Regularly installed and efficacy-checked antivirus software.

– Human Resource Management: Regular training sessions for project members on security requirements.

– Independent Security Department: A dedicated security department independent of project members.

The client approved the network infrastructure diagram and security framework constructed by Luvina, demonstrating continued trust in collaboration for future phases.
