Developing Software Solutions to Process Data on the Kintone Platform Using RPA Technology
Highlight
RPA (Automation), C#.Net, DB Kintone
New RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) simplifies the creation, deployment, and supervision of software robots mimicking human actions in digital environments. It employs intelligent automation to execute routine office tasks like data extraction, form completion, file movement, and beyond.
Utilizing the Kintone DB Platform (cloud): A platform with a user-friendly interface that is easy to use even for those with no programming knowledge, enabling personnel to easily complete tasks within the project.
In this project, Luvina undertakes the development task using the C# language on the UiPath tool – a tool specifically designed for RPA technology, to easily manage data on the Kintone platform.

General Introduction:
The client of Luvina Software in this project is a Japanese company specializing in providing software solutions. The client is currently using the UiPath tool with RPA technology to automate their business processes.
Customer Requirements:
The client’s main goal is to package the developed software solutions and upload them to Uipath MarketPlace, providing UiPath users with both free and paid features. However, during deployment, our client lacked the personnel to meet both quantity and quality requirements, so they turned to Luvina for cooperation to complete this task.
New domains and technology: Not only RPA technology, but the UiPath tool is also a new field that Luvina has limited experience proficiently using. Furthermore, Luvina must familiarize ourselves with the functions and control panels of the Windows operating system, which are tasks that Luvina has not experienced deploying before.
Learning from scratch: Choosing to engage with new technology and techniques, Luvina must learn new technical business processes from basic to advanced to be able to use them proficiently and ensure quality when delivering to the client.
Proactive personnel in learning and working to accumulate experience
We have proactively researched UiPath Platform technology in advance and, at the same time, tried out simple activities to quickly grasp the necessary knowledge and skills. Additionally, we have continuously communicated and coordinated with the client to understand their requirements and desires clearly.
Internal training
Faced with new technology, our project team has proactively built internal training sessions to discuss, learn, and research to enhance employees’ knowledge and capabilities. Luvina has selected personnel with an understanding of this technology to train the project team. Furthermore, our client also proposed a pilot project highly compatible with the actual project for Luvina to try out, and we have successfully overcome the client’s evaluation, demonstrating the project’s working capability.
Documenting expertise for the project
Our team has proactively created technical documentation on UiPath technology to carry out internal training and train new project personnel. Moreover, if there are expanded training tasks, the project side always has available documentation and experienced personnel to execute these tasks.
Overall
The project has been successful in developing over 30 functions, including stages from requirements analysis to design, coding, and testing. Moreover, each product delivered to the client has ensured both delivery time and quality as required. For each product delivered by Luvina, the client can successfully release it on the Uipath Marketplace to use for business purposes. Through this project, we have demonstrated the high-quality standards in Luvina’s software feature development services, as all products created have been highly rated by the client.
For Luvina
Through this project, the Luvina team has gained additional experience related to RPA automation technology and has mastered the UiPath tool on the Kintone platform.
