General Introduction:

Our customer is a leading IT solutions company in Japan, specializing in developing information security products.

 

Customer Requirements:

For this project, the customer estimated about 20 systems and applications to be processed, including 2 new developments and the rest for maintenance. Due to the large quantity, our customer faced the challenge of preparing for human resources in such a short time, hence the need for a reliable partner.

They’re also impressed with our efforts to stay updated on IOS, and Android-related coding techniques, and technologies to ensure product quality.

 

Handling a large workload and suitably allocating resources: Luvina must plan and allocate resources meticulously to meet the dense release schedules provided by the customer.

 

Proactively analyzing business requirements based on customer demands: Our team needs to actively understand and propose specific solutions to the customer’s problems.

 

Continuously improving knowledge about iOS and Android: Our customers have a deep understanding of the iOS platform and even set standards for each step of this business. Therefore, we need to improve our iOS and Android professional knowledge day by day, making efforts through each stage to be able to satisfy customers.

 

Proactively planning resource utilization: To meet the customer’s dense release schedules, Luvina’s team created a comprehensive resource strategy with 12 individuals per month. We have selected suitable employees who are qualified based on their years of experience as well as their professional expertise to ensure the requirements are met. Members of the project team with four years or more of experience make up around ⅓ of the team. As for the testing phase, the team proactively recommended personnel from other projects with the same customer to both increase performance and productivity.

 

Regularly upgrading expertise through internal training: Our project team is proactive in researching and improving professional knowledge for security operations on both the iOS and Android platforms.

• – Develop internal training documents: Based on the initial understanding and knowledge gathered after researching, learning, and implementing in practice, our team has proactively documented relevant records and shared them with team members. In addition, we also provide documents for testing cases so that customers can use them internally.
• – Training duration: Personnel with coding skills will be trained on mobile projects. The time will depend on the difficulty of each project, but it will be at most 6 months. For personnel with testing skills, at a simple level, they will be able to do the job after about 2 days of training.

Proactively investigating and proposing specific solutions: Our team always communicates with the customer, holding regular meetings to explain solutions directly. We actively suggest and exchange ideas with our customer to inform them about the project’s general goals.

 

Meeting deadlines and ensuring good quality: The project consistently meets the timelines and quality goals for over 20 products, leaving the customer satisfied and strengthening their trust in Luvina.

 

The customer expresses gratitude to the project team as there have been almost no serious errors, even with a large number of users (approximately 300,000–500,000 licenses). The team’s code quality is highly appreciated.
