I. JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Technical Product Manager to lead both the technical architecture and strategic product planning of a new software solution from the ground up. This role requires a unique combination of deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills to work directly with investors, stakeholders, and development teams.
You will play a pivotal role in defining the system architecture, setting the technical direction, and shaping the product roadmap, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology choices. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions, mobile platforms, and projects in the book-related domain, along with a proven track record in startup environments
II. RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Product Strategy & Planning
• Collaborate with investors and stakeholders to define product vision, objectives, and development roadmap
• Translate business needs into high-level product requirements and prioritized backlogs
• Define milestones, release strategies, and success metrics for the product lifecycle
2. Technical Architecture & Solution Design
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures aligned with product goals
• Select and recommend appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and platforms
• Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and integration plans
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality delivery
• Provide guidance on best practices, performance optimization, and system scalability
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
4. Governance & Quality
• Oversee compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and architectural principles
• Monitor technical risks and proactively propose mitigation strategies
III. REQUIREMENTS
1. Must have
• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in solution architecture or technical leadership
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager (technical focus), or similar hybrid role
• Strong background in AI-related projects, mobile application development, and systems within the book-related
• Solid understanding of system design, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and modern software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, API-first)
• Excellent understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and backlog management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.)
• Fluent English (speaking, listening, reading, writing) for direct communication with investors and international teams
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences
2. Nice to Have
• Experience launching a software product from concept to market
• Prior experience working in startup environments, especially in early-stage product definition and MVP delivery
