I. JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer (Middle Level) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python backend development, good English communication skills, and the ability to work in a professional IT outsourcing environment. Experience with React and Odoo or other ERP platforms will be considered a strong advantage

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend applications using Python

• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers for seamless API integrations and improved user experience

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance

• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards

• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software systems

• Contribute to system performance optimization and scalability improvement

• Document technical solutions and ensure proper source code management

III. REQUIREMENTS

1. MUST HAVE:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Python development

• Strong understanding of backend architecture, RESTful APIs, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

• Fluent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) for effective

• Ability to work independently and within an Agile/Scrum team environment

2. NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with React for frontend development

• Experience working with Odoo ERP or other similar ERP platforms

• Knowledge of CI/CD processes, cloud deployment (AWS, Azure), or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
