I. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design, build, and maintain scalable fullstack applications using Python and Next.js (TypeScript)
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Azure, using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
• Collaborate effectively with international teams, ensuring clear and fluent communication in English
• Build robust RESTful APIs and optimize backend performance for large-scale applications
• Ensure high-quality frontend architecture with reusable UI components and seamless integrations
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions to ensure fast, reliable deployments
• Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development and optimize workflows
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior/mid-level developers
• Drive continuous improvement in performance, scalability, and system reliability

II. REQUIREMENT 

• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, with strong expertise in Python backend and Next.js/TypeScript frontend
• Fluent English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
• Proven experience deploying and operating applications on Azure Cloud
• Solid knowledge of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
• Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and API-driven architecture
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and lead technical initiatives in Agile/Scrum environments

*Nice to have:

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of advanced cloud-native patterns (microservices, serverless)
• Exposure to modern analytics/data tools (Segment, MixPanel, Snowflake), secure authentication (Supertokens)
• Familiarity with payment systems (Adyen) and security best practices for fintech-grade applications
• Hands-on experience integrating or experimenting with AI-powered developer tools (OpenAI, ComfyUI, Copilot, Cursor)
