I. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design, develop, and maintain applications across mobile, web, and backend systems
• Quickly take over and enhance an existing cross-platform mobile application
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver scalable solutions
• Build and integrate backend services (APIs, databases, real-time systems)
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and good user experience across platforms
• Integrate third-party services (analytics, notifications, AI services, etc.)
• Maintain code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Adapt to different projects, domains, and technology stacks as required

II. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with strong fullstack capabilities
• Hands-on experience with React Native (Expo is a strong advantage)
• Experience working with backend services (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, etc.)
• Experience with Supabase or similar BaaS platforms (Firebase, Appwrite, etc.)
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, API design, and system scalability
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and real-time data handling
• Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
• Good English communication skills

* Nice to Have:

• Experience working on cross-platform ecosystems (mobile + web)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with microservices or distributed systems
• Experience with DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation)
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations or data-driven features
• Experience in multi-project environments or outsourcing companies
