I. Responsibilities

– Work directly with overseas customers to understand business problems, processes, and expected outcomes.

– Lead discovery and requirement workshops in English.

– Translate business needs into solution scope, features, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.

– Work closely with Technical Leads to shape solutions, evaluate feasibility and support estimation.

– Maintain roadmap/backlog and support prioritization with customer and project/product team.

– Define and control scope for Fixed Scope projects.

– Identify assumptions, dependencies, risks and potential scope changes.

– Support UAT, customer acceptance, and requirement clarification throughout delivery.

– Support Sales/Presales in requirement assessment, solution shaping, and proposal preparation.

– Act as the bridge between customer business stakeholders and the engineering team.

II. Requirements

– 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.

– Strong experience in discovery, requirement analysis, process analysis, and solution shaping.

– Proven experience working directly with overseas customers.

– Strong spoken and written English; able to independently facilitate customer meetings/workshops.

– Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.

– Sufficient technical understanding of web applications, APIs/integration, data/database, and common enterprise systems.

– Experience in scope/change management and UAT.

– Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

– Able to work with ambiguous business problems rather than only predefined requirements.

– Hands-on experience using AI tools in Business Analysis and delivery work, with the ability to evaluate, validate, and optimize AI-generated outputs for practical business use.

– Experience identifying and shaping AI-enabled use cases for Digital Transformation, including assessing business value, feasibility, data readiness and appropriate human involvement.

III. Preferred

– Experience with Agile/Kanban or long-running customer accounts.

– Experience supporting Presales/solution consulting.

– Experience with ERP, CRM, E-commerce, Retail, Workflow Automation, Integration, Warehouse or AI-enabled solutions are plus.
