As part of its daily operations, the company conducts site inspections, sample collection, laboratory analysis, and report preparation for clients and regulatory authorities. However, most reporting activities were still handled manually, resulting in lengthy processing times and challenges in maintaining consistency as the number of projects continued to grow.
