I. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design, build, and maintain scalable applications across both backend and frontend systems
• Work on multiple projects with different technology stacks, adapting quickly to new environments and requirements
• Contribute to system architecture design, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Collaborate with international teams, ensuring clear and effective communication in English
• Build and maintain APIs and ensure efficient data flow across systems
• Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, best practices, and mentoring junior/mid-level developers
• Drive improvements in system reliability, performance, and development processes
• Participate in CI/CD setup and contribute to DevOps practices when needed
• Leverage modern tools (including AI-assisted development tools) to improve productivity.

II. REQUIREMENT 

• 5+ years of experience in software development with strong fullstack exposure
• Solid experience in at least one backend (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, .NET, etc.) and one frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, system design, and scalable architecture
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Experience mentoring or guiding other developers
• Good communication skills in English (able to work in international environments) .

* Nice to Have:

• Experience with Python and/or TypeScript (Next.js)
• Experience with Azure Cloud and Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with microservices or serverless architecture
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Experience working in outsourcing / multi-project environments
• Exposure to analytics, authentication, payment systems, or fintech-related systems
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.)
